1. Agreement to Terms
By using BonkX, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
BonkX is a utility-focused Solana platform that enables users to paper trade tokens, simulate performance, and launch tokens across supported decentralized launchpads.
2. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your actions and content on BonkX, including:
Token launches, including names, metadata, or supply details.
Paper trades, simulations, and other interactions.
Commands issued via BonkX AI tools or other features.
By using BonkX, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid creating or interacting with content that promotes harm, illegal activity, fraud, or abuse.
Respect the rights and privacy of others, including intellectual property.
Use any DeFi features in accordance with your local regulatory requirements.
BonkX is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of the platform, including simulated or real launches, trades, or strategies.
3. Platform Moderation & Enforcement
BonkX may take action against any content or user activity that violates these Terms. This may include:
Removal of content or tokens launched using the platform.
Suspension of access to paper trading, token creation, or AI features.
Flagging or limiting wallet interactions tied to abuse or harmful behavior.
Note: Content/actions removed from BonkX may remain accessible on the Solana blockchain. We cannot erase onchain history.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use BonkX to:
Launch or promote tokens that encourage violence, racism, scams, or illegal conduct.
Abuse paper trading or launch tools to simulate pump-and-dump or manipulative activity.
Exploit smart contract vulnerabilities or attempt to disrupt platform operations.
Circumvent platform rules using bots, proxies, or unauthorized automation.
BonkX reserves the right to disable or limit features for accounts or wallets engaged in any of the above.
5. Risk Disclosure
By using BonkX, you understand and accept the following risks:
Simulated Financial Risk: Paper trades are not real but may mislead others or encourage real-world behavior.
Smart Contract Risk: Launches on external platforms (e.g., Pump.fun, Raydium) involve contracts BonkX does not control.
Legal Risk: You are responsible for ensuring your token launches and activities are legal in your jurisdiction.
Reputation Risk: Content and actions on BonkX may affect your public wallet reputation or token visibility.
BonkX provides tools, not guarantees. Use with caution and accountability.
6. Eligibility and Content Warning
BonkX is intended for users 18 years and older.
Some features may display meme tokens, trading data, or content that is not suitable for all audiences. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use such tools in your region.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on the platform or shared via official BonkX channels. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
8. Final Agreement
By using BonkX, you acknowledge:
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account or wallet.
BonkX provides simulation and token deployment tools, but does not endorse or validate any user-generated content.
Violation of these terms may result in content removal, feature restriction, or account banning.
